A Church Where You Belong

Pastors Mark and Michele joined us as our lead pastors in December of 2016 after serving at The Rock Family Worship Center based out of Huntsville, Alabama for over 10 years. Their passion is to make a difference in the lives of others by showing them the love of Jesus Christ. They are excited about the freedom and growth that God is bringing to Dothan and cannot wait to see how He uses this church to make a difference in our community.

Carl has been the Administrative Pastor at Dothan First for over 19 years. Carl oversees all the ministry departments, volunteers as well as paid church staff. The joke in the office is that Carl can fix anything, and it’s true. Among his many talents are classes on marriage, parenting and leadership, design and various areas of technology, and clever and witty speaking and writing.

Carl and his family have been attending Dothan First for over 30 years. Compassionate and down to earth, Carl resides in Dothan with his wife, Nicole. They have two married daughters—Whitney, married to Gabe, they have two boys—Declan age 4 and Nolan age 2; and Hannah, married to Connor.

Hayden grew up here at Dothan First and joined our team in March of 2017 after graduating from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas with a major in Church Leadership. She is passionate about people and worship, and is expectant for God to move in new ways here in Dothan. Hayden enjoys cooking, music, and traveling the world with her husband Konnor.

Will and Lindsey love what they get to and that they are called to spend the rest of their lives giving them away. They have served faithfully in ministry together since they began dating and continued after getting married in 2015.
